Farmers' Market Marketeers
We're looking to hire enthusiastic, chatty, food loving individuals to work our stalls at some of our Farmers' Markets on the weekends. You'll need your own spacious car and will start your day popping into our bakery in Downtown San Jose to collect all the freshly baked goodies we've made (as well as your Market Stall equipment).
You'll then head to your chosen market, set up the stall and sell, sell, sell to all of our amazing regular and new customers across the South Bay Area. So if you're outgoing, love farmers' markets and love meeting new people this could be just the job for you!
Pay starts at $12.00 per hour. The shift is approximately 6-8 hours market location dependent. We're hiring for Saturday and Sunday shifts. Send your resume to our email address 2ndstorybakeshop(@)gmail.com
Our Pumpkin Bread is here for Fall
As the weather takes a chilly turn, it's time to cosy up and get comfortable with a slice of our pumpkin bread. Delicately spiced with cinnamon, nutmeg and cloves, it's deliciously sticky and not too sweet (we prefer to let our fresh ingredients do the talking!).
We're proud to use locally sourced pumpkins from Spade and Plough, they're grown just south of San Jose near Gilroy, can't get much more local than that!
Available by the slice in our shop in Downtown San Jose, or at our Farmers' Markets (check our Farmers' Markets page for details above).
You can also pre-order our Pumpkin Bread by the loaf - just drop us an email by 8am 3 days before you'd like to pick it up. More details on our Pre-Orders page 2ndstorybakeshop(@)gmail.com
